MSU fraternity and sorority councils receive SGLA leadership awards

STARKVILLE, Miss.—»¨ÐãÖ±²¥ State University’s fraternity and sorority councils received multiple awards at the Southeast Greek Leadership Association (SGLA) Annual Conference, held recently in Atlanta, Georgia.
Representatives from MSU’s National Pan-Hellenic Council (NPHC), National Panhellenic Council (NPC), Multicultural Greek Council (MGC) and Interfraternity Council (IFC) attended the event with more than 1,000 other student leaders from fraternity and sorority communities across the region.
During the awards ceremony, MSU’s NPHC was recognized with the Lamar Bryant National Pan-Hellenic Council of the Year, the Community Cultivation Award and the Council Impact Award.
Additionally, MSU’s IFC earned the Operational Excellence Award for its outstanding achievements.
The three-day SGLA conference helped equip students to lead their organizations and students on campus.
